Catherine Rickbone is the Executive Director of OCCA.  She became the Executive Director of the Oregon Coast Council for the Arts on July 1 2007. She most recently came to Oregon having relocated from Emporia, Kansas, in the Fall of 2005 where for almost nine years she was the Executive Director of the Emporia (Kansas) Arts Council and Art Center.
